Throughout his many years of law practice, Alexander H. Escandari, Esq. has successfully represented hundreds of clients in various areas of the law.

Whether in business-related cases, serious personal injury matters or mediations, clients and opposing counsels agree that his masterful negotiation and advocacy skills make him an exceptional legal counselor.

Mr. Escandari strongly believes that mastering the art of negotiation is a prerequisite to effectively representing clients and protecting their rights and interests. In cases where negotiations fail to produce acceptable results, the firm often pursues the objectives of clients through litigation. In this context, Mr. Escandari's honed litigation skills and acumen have proven to be instrumental in achieving successful results.

The Los Angeles Superior Court has appointed Mr. Escandari to its panel of mediators. In that capacity, Mr. Escandari frequently mediates complex litigation cases. By conservative estimates, more than eighty percent (80%) of the cases he has mediated have concluded by way of settlement.

Mr Escandari often lectures on mediation and arbitration throughout the world. Specifically on November 3rd 2007 he was a guest lecturer at Pepperdine University on topics concerning mediation skills and techniques. The lecture was co-chaired with Mr. Max Factor III. Mr Escandari has weekly TV and radio programs that are aired to local and international audiences. His local radio talk show is aired on Saturdays after 5pm on KRIN 670AM Station. In that program he provides legal guidance and discussions concerning hot legal issues facing Southern Californians. On Saturdays from 7-8pm he has a TV program that gets aired throughout the world on which he speaks regarding legal issues. Finally on Tuesdays from 5-6pm he has his other radio show program and once again it gets broadcasted to Farsi speaking audiences throughout the world. Mr Escandari has conducted seminars throughout the world, the last being in March 2007 which was in Dubai. The focus was investment and business legal concerns for foreign investors in the United States.

Mr. Escandari received the degree of Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law, the alma mater of such luminaries as the late United States Congressman Julian Dixon, former Los Angeles Mayor Tom Bradley and dozens of judges in both state and federal courts.

In addition, Mr. Escandari has participated in seminars and conferences throughout the world including in Paris, France, Berlin, Germany, and in Latin America.

Mr. Escandari's interests include reading, exercising, hiking, skiing, traveling, and fine dining.

Mediations:

Mr Escandari lectures on ADR/mediations throughout the world. Recently he lectured with co-chair Mr. Max Factor III at Pepperdine University on mediation. They also co-chaired on an ADR panel together.
